Most of our wines is grown in our own vineyards which stretch over the area of almost 6 hectares, namely from the "U třech panen" (Modrý portugal), "U božích muk" (Veltlínské zelené) and "Slunný vrch" vineyards (the remaining varieties). The "U třech panen" vineyards are almost 40 years old. This is why this year, we will most likely have the last harvest of Modrý portugal before we regenerate the vineyard. We have recently expanded our portfolio of twenty-year old "U božích muk" vineyards where we will harvest Veltlínské zelené this year and where we plan to plant other favourite varieties next year. The "Slunný vrch" vineyards were planted six years ago by ourselves. Currently, we produce approximately 30 thousand bottles a year. We aim to expand our production up to 40 or 50 thousand bottles, a quantity which we are still confident to process ourselves.

Wines are produced by means of controlled fermentation; with white wines fermenting and maturing in stainless steel tanks and red wines in wooden barrels, mostly barrique-type.

At present, our range includes a wide choice of white wines, including Ryzlink vlašský (Welschriesling), Burgundy varieties - Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay - as well as Tramín červený (Gewurztraminer). The novelty of 2007 was Cuvée Pinot - a mixture of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc barrique. In 2009, our range will again include Veltlínské zelené.

We were the first winery in Pavlov and surroundings to plant and produce Merlot. To respond to its increasing popularity and unsatisfied demand, we plan to increase the volume grown and produced in the near future. Modrý Portugal and Pinot Noir (in 2007 only as a Rosé) bravely keep abreast with Merlot. In 2008 year, we have expanded our range by Cabernet Sauvignon.

In wine cellars of certain of our customers, you may come across Veltlínské zelené (Gruner Veltliner), Ryzlink rýnský (Rhine Riesling) or Modrý Portugal Rosé which we produced in previous years.

Our clientele is constantly growing every year and includes not only many wine connoisseurs, but also quite a few renowned restaurants and wine shops across the country. We are proud that you can order our wines in the two best restaurants in the Grand Restaurant 2009 and 2010 publication respectively, namely Restaurant Alcron and La Dégustation Bohême Bourgeoise.
